How many days in advance should I book the service?
You should book the service as early as possible so that the cleaning work can be completed on time to support your schedule for handing/taking over, moving in/out.
How many man-hours should I select?
This depends on the size and condition of the residential property or commercial premise to be cleaned. You can also opt for a site visit for us to recommend the best package for you. The site visit is free and not compulsory.
Do I have to provide the cleaning supplies?
No. The prices quoted for thorough cleaning will include provision of cleaning supplies.
How do I make payment?
Upon confirmation, you will receive an e-invoice via your email or mobile phone. Please kindly make payment at least 1 working day before the scheduled session. We accept payment via PayNow, internet bank transfer and cheque.
Do I have to be present throughout the session?
No. It is really up to your own preference whether or not you would like to be present during the session. Nevertheless, it will be helpful for you to be present at the start so that you can inform the cleaning team of the specifics and be back again at the end for inspection.
How many days in advance should the curtains be collected for dry cleaning?
Dry cleaning of the curtains will take about 2 to 3 working days. The cleaned and refreshed curtains are usually re-installed on the final day of the thorough cleaning.
Does the company provide insurance coverage?
Yes. All our cleaning staff are full-time permanent employees of the company and they are well covered by the relevant work insurances.
Does the company provide compensation for damages?
Yes. Upon confirmation that damages are caused by our staff, the company will cover 50% of the damages, up to a maximum of $100. We are also happy to share that such occurrences have been very rare.
